The staff are all really friendly from the front office to the room staff to the waiters, waitresses and bartenders and ground keepers. The store and boat shop is open for business. The Lake View is older and across the street and over looks the lake with a large grass area that is great for the dogs. Pool side motel, Lake View, Marina View and the Vista Suites. We had Great weekend at Havasu Springs Resort for Memorial Day Weekend, Good food and drinks and lots of friendly people. It is great to be able to go to the restaurant and have a set down meal or set at the bar and have drinks.

Thank heavens for a beverage or two and good cigars.

He apologized for not vetting the resort before recommending that we meet there. I went along with my friend, a former neighbor, who scouted out the location for his 70 Birthday get-together. There appear to be plenty of other RV camp resorts along the water as you roll into the Parker and Havasu Springs area. Recommendation: Thumbs down! Don't waste your time and money. I'm betting none of them are responsible for the status of the RV campsites. Anyway, once again - the office staff, camp hosts and 'ambassadors' were friendly and helpful, to a fault. I can't imagine what that bill would be while using your AC in 100 degree weather.

My 4 night stay ( we left two days early), ended up costing $55, plus tax, for keeping my trailer lights on. Oh, and when you check out you will be charged for your electric usage. The $60 per night fee seems fair until you get there and there are really no amenities, aside for power, water and sewer. The camp grounds were pretty much fully occupied so it would seem to be making loads of $$$ - bless em', however, their budget plan appears to not have a maintenance factor dialed in. The owners obviously crammed in as many spots as possible. The sites felt more like storage spots than functional camp sites. The roads through the camp sites are very narrow,and alley like. The office ladies, while very friendly and courteous, apologized and held to the old company line of 'they are working on the system'. The cable TV hookups are basically non-functional, 'no signal'. Hard to call for 911 for a fire or medical emergency when your phones have no connection.

The 'full hookup' sites, in sections 300/400, despite what the web=site says, had zero wi-fi access - therefore you have to drive to a higher location to even get a sketchy, off and on, phone connection. We drove in from Poway, Ca, a 6 hour drive, to meet our friends who drove 5 hours from Dewey, Arizona. Hotels near Desert Bar and Nellie E Saloon.Hotels near Buckskin Mountain State Park.
